One hundred and fifty dollar basic DIY consultation fee: I come out to your location, have a look, have a listen, offer an opinion or two. I’m here to help you build the project yourself and am answering questions in a how-to type fashion.
200.00 hardscape/landscape design: I take home the photos that I took during the initial consultation and cook up a project design for you, with a firm set price, should you decide to hire us.
500.00 design that is intended to be shopped around to other contractors and that another contractor can clearly follow. Same deal as above, but with more specifications that should make sense to any competent builder. The 200 design is intended for the client who wants to hire me or who just wants an artistic concept to work off of, the 500 design is more of an architectural fandango, with building specs.
